    Intel Corporation - Graphics Adapter WDDM1.1, Graphics Adapter WDDM1.2 - Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000

    Download size: 59.5 MB

You may need to restart your computer for this update to take effect.

    Update type: Optional

Intel Corporation Graphics Adapter WDDM1.1, Graphics Adapter WDDM1.2 software update released in January, 2015

Keep getting this error message not sure if it's because I've already updated to it and it's a repeat update This is the first time I remember ever seeing this update that I remember. Or if the one I have is better. I have tried to download it several times and it fails every time.
    WindowsUpdate error _80070103" "WindowsUpdate_dt000"

    Thanks,
    Vera

What's the brand name and model name and model number of your computer?

    Is it a desktop or a laptop/notebook?

    Do the following in it:

Download and save the TSG System Information Utility (SysInfo.exe) file to the desktop.

After it's been downloaded and saved, double-click it to run it.

Information about your computer will appear.

Return here to your thread, then copy-and-paste the ENTIRE text here.

I would ignore the update from Microsoft and go to the Lenovo web site for that machine and get the updates from there.
That MS update appears to be just for the on chip graphics where that machine has a Nvidia card as well so there may be two components to update.

Will do, I tried last week going through and checking Nvidia for updates and it seems to give me an error all the time or tells me no updates needed... Thanks .

Go into the Device Manager, then expand the Display Adapters heading.

Advise us the exact name(s) of the device(s) listed there.

Double-click the device(s) to open its properties window, then click the "Driver" tab.

Advise us what the driver date and driver version is.

Yes. Right-click on that Intel graphics driver in Windows Update, then select to hide it.
