hello im back and its another spyware problem which i think belongs in this forum as it affects the windows xp firewall, i believe the problem is being caused by a spyware which spybot S & E can find but not delete, the spyware comes up as

command service
settings
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Controlset001\Services\cmdService

settings
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Controlset001\Services\cmdService

go to download.com and download bazooka spyware scanner, and if it finds it, it will give u instructions on how to remove it, or open a run prompt and type "regedit" and delete it yourself, but id avoid that until we can figure out exactly what it is.
