It doesn't matter if I check "keep me logged in", every time I go to many ws's I have to enter my password again, as though I'd never entered one. every time! Also, my cursor acts weird; sometimes I'll draw around an object but the dotted line disappears halfway through the circle. Thanks for your help.

Do you have your settings set to remove the "Cookies"?
The passwords and accounts are normally controlled by the cookies.

I should have told you; I'm an old dude (78) and only got my first computer a few years ago. I'm not sure how to check my cookies.

    Thanks, Boyd.

Hi. I noticed that it mostly happened when I was using Firefox, so I reset Firefox and it seems to be working ok.
    Thanks,

    Boyd.
