I have a Cutie harddisk drive from Sarotech and my pc does not allow me to open up and view contents or do anything with it. My computer does acknowledge that I have an external harddrive connected when I look under device manager but that's all. My friend who gave it to me has a Mac and it worked fine on his computer. I tried it on another PC and it didn't work. I have a cable that allows me to hook up the power to a USB port .

    Any ideas?

You probably need to format it, as Macs use a different file system
    Rt-click My Computer/Manage/Disk Management
Find the drive, rt.Click to format NTFS.
