I was updating drivers and i had installed a bluray rom drive and my computer froze a few minutes later (mouse and keyboard looked powered but nothing would move, had facebook open and game was still running, and it happened before when i was installing a utility from my motherboard that came on the cd with the motherboard, it was either On/Off Charge Technology or AutoGreen), so i restarted it (did the same thing first time it happened and computer started up fine). Now it just keeps powering on and off over and over again in 2-3 second intervals WITHOUT STARTING THE BIOS. i checked if it might be the power supply (600 Watt), but it works on my other computers and i tried some other power supplies from my old computer (which is 300 watts i think) and from my dad's Dell (350 watts i believe), and i unplugged everything to see if i could just get the bios to run, but it was still doing the on/off thing. is it a problem with the motherboard?
I built the computer myself.
