I bought some "cheap" memory to add to my computer - the guy at the store said it wasn't "certified" and that my computer might not use it.

I installed it and the computer see's it - does that mean its using it? Or could it see it and not use it? How do I tell how much memory my machine is using?

    Help will be much appreciated.

    Thanks

To tell how much memory your computer is showing, right click on 'my computer' then go to properties.....it should show right under 'computer.'
