You may need to get me these logs via working machine or in safe mode with networking.Just make sure and run these in normal mode.

You will need to right click and run these tools as admin.

Please download FarbarServiceScanner and run it on the computer with the issue.

Make sure the following options are checked:
Internet Services
Windows Firewall
System Restore
Security Center/Action Center
Windows Update

Press "Scan".
It will create a log (FSS.txt) in the same directory the tool is run.
Please copy and paste the log to your reply.

Please download MINITOOLBOX and run it.

Checkmark following boxes:

Flush Dns
Reset FF Proxy Settings
Reset IE Proxy Settings
Report IE Proxy Settings
Report FF Proxy Settings
List content of Hosts
List IP configuration
List Winsock Entries
List last 10 Event Viewer log
List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size

Problem: : This device is not configured correctly. (Code1)
Resolution: You may be prompted to provide the path of the driver. Windows may have the driver built-in, or may still have the driver files installed from the last time that you set up the device. If you are asked for the driver and you do not have it, you can try to download the latest driver from the hardware vendor’s Web site.
In the device properties dialog box, click the "Driver" tab, and then click "Update Driver" to start the "Hardware Update Wizard". Follow the instructions to update the driver. If updating the driver does not work, see your hardware documentation for more information.

This can occur when more than one service is defined for a device, if there is a failure opening the service subkey, or if the driver name cannot be obtained from the service subkey. Try these options:
On the "General Properties" tab of the device, click "Troubleshoot" to start the troubleshooting wizard.
Click "Uninstall", and then click "Scan for hardware changes" to load a usable driver.

Also a question for you which of the three devices do you use to connect wirelessly?

Belkin Wireless Utility (Version: 3.01.16)

NETGEAR WG111v3 wireless USB 2.0 adapter (Version: 1.01.10)

Broadcom 802.11g Network Adapter

Delete or disable the two that are not in use.

Also I see another possible issue.

Net Nanny Parental Controls (Version: 6.5)

If you are not using the above software then might I suggest you uninstall it has dug itself into your winsock and may very well be an issue.

See below entry in your winsok
Catalog9 28 C:\Windows\system32\cwalsp.dll [1053760] (ContentWatch, Inc.)

All of these issues are going to be gone just let me know a little info. :)

I am looking over the log now but the system info does not tell me what kind of machine that you have and let me know what you have tried that I have posted.

For now please uninstall the program listed below.
Net Nanny Parental Controls (Version: 6.5)

Then open your device manager and scroll to your smbus/chipset driver and right click and uninstall then select delete the driver from the system like in the shot below.

While you are in device manager uninstall your wireless driver it is listed under network connections.

We will get the correct driver for your chipset when the internet connection is restored.

Open your device manager hit the start button then right click on computer then select properties then select device manager.

In device manager, click the View menu and select Show hidden devices

Then Click the view menu again select devices by connection.

Then scroll down right click and uninstall the drivers listed below, dont worry these will be reinstalled upon reboot by windows.

A F D driver for Winsock
Net BT
Http
Net Io Legacy Support Driver
Tcp/ip Protical Driver
Tcp/ip Registry Compatibility
NSI proxy Service

Each of these files will request a rebot after uninstall wait until the last one to reboot.
