Ok I have this folder located in local settings/temp/content IE5. Now it has 4 folders in it.. and I cannot remove any of them.. 49INWT67 .......GHAJW9IR......CDYVO1ER....S9AF09UR....what are these and do they stay or what.. also in the temp folder there is the folder hsperfdata_Mommy.. Is that needed as well?

I have also included a hijack log just in case it was needed.

The content.ie5 folder and the subfolders will always be there. They form the structure of the Browser Temporary Internet Files or Browser Cache.

By emptying them from IE, you are removing the files that are within the subfolders.
