I'm trying to copy (not move) a category of contacts in my contacts folder in Outlook to a subfolder. Is this possible? (Please note that the contacts in this category are also in other categories as well, if that makes a difference.) It's not giving me the option to copy unless I copy the entire contacts folder, which I was going to do and then just delete the contacts I didn't want, but it won't let me copy all my contacts to a subfolder. Help!

I just did what you did and ir worked fine. Did you use the copy hotkey which is CTRL+C to copy the items and then CTRL+V to paste the items?

Just tried what you suggested and it worked--thanks! I'm not familiar with most keyboard shortcuts so that was very helpful.
