I have a Compaq presario with a Celeron D (3.2ghz) cpu and I want to get a better chip with dual core/hyper threading. I am running RC1 for os. My specs say pc supports Pentium 4 and Pentium D processors. Can someone tell me if I would have any problems as far as Vista goes if I upgrade to a dual core chip? Thanks.:)

You shouldn't have problems with vista but check your mobo.

Thanks for the response MMJ, I'm not worried about the mobo, the specs say I can do an upgrade. I was just concerned that a cpu upgrade might mean a new key or a reinstall of vista, but if that's not a problem then I can go ahead. Thanks again.
