Solved: Date and time keep on resetting to Jan1 2000

    everytime i start my pc, the date in my pc will be displaying Jan 1 2000 and time will be 12.00am. everytime i log in i have to fix this problem to the current date but the following day it will be automatically reset to jan1 2000.

    i just formated my pc coz of this problem but the problem cant be fixed even after i formated my pc...

    and everytime i start my pc, there is one message appearing before the "kernel" loaded

    CMOS checksum error-Default loaded

    what does this means?

    pls help me.
