I believe your on to something. I tried to post a pic of the registry but for some reason I am unable to. The file I see when I go to the string in the error is a Nvidia file and it's called "Nvappfiltersvr.class"

What will be changed if I remove the nVidia Network Access Manager?

I would like to use the Nvidia Firewall if possible. I like the way it seems to be not using alot of system resources and appears to be doing a good job.

I'm not having any issues like the person in the post except the error in the event viewer.

    Thanks Alot

space cowboy, I suggest you take a backup of your registry and then use Hijackthis to delete these entries -
try this one on it's own first -
    O23 - Service: Forceware Web Interface (ForcewareWebInterface) - Unknown owner - C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NetworkAccessManager\Apache Group\Apache2\bin\apache.exe" -k runservice (file missing)
if that doesn't do it try these -

Did the Hijact thing and heres what I got now. I don't think anythings changed and would like to get rid of the highlighted redundant entries but they just come right back?

Did you remove this one as well?
    O23 - Service: Forceware Web Interface (ForcewareWebInterface) - Unknown owner - C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NetworkAccessManager\Apache Group\Apache2\bin\apache.exe" -k runservice (file missing)

You could try a Winsock LSP fix like this -

    OBP,
Thanks .. I did remove them both. Tried uninstalling the nforce software then reinstalling it and really had a mess .. Did the system restore and getting things back to normal.

My problem to.. I should just delete the event viewer cause I don't know when to quit :)

I'll try that file you linked to and see what happens.

    Thanks Again
    Cowboy

Looks Like I'm all set for now.

Solution? Uninstalled (manually, because the uninstall option didn't work) All Nvidia firewall, network, mixer, software. Did regseek, regedit, and the LSPFix.

All thats left to delete is the service entries which I disabled.

    Thanks Allot
