I have a user who is trying to subscribe from within a webpage, when he clicks on the email link, he gets a pop up box looking for Outlook. He uses Outlook Express and I can't seem to find a way to change this. Is it somehow a default setting on the website itself, or can it be changed somehow on the user's computer?

Have you changed Internet Options to look for OE when delaing with Mail requests?

Open IE, go to Tools, Internet Options, Programs tab and make sure OE is listed for Email.

Ok, a bit different as he's running OE 5........general tab, default messaging program......wasn't set to default. Almost too easy.

    Thanks Randy :)
