Hi - help!! I have a Samsung R60 plus and use Windows Vista. I think that when trying to free up some disk space (by removing programmes I don't use any more) I accidentally deleted something I shouldn't. Because now I can't burn CDs / DVDs, or even drag and drop photos / videos to the CD/DVD drive. I get a message saying the computer does not have a driver installed. It's a minefield trying to find what I need to reinstall and I am pretty clueless (hence deleting them in the first place).

I looked at the system restore thing but it seems I don't have any back ups to restore back to a time before I did the evil deed. I know. I'm rubbish. But can anyone help??

thanks
Gill:(

thanks Hughv, I tried this and I removed the "Upper filter" as I was told, but there was no file called "lower filters" to delete and it said it could not help me any further. Strangely, I did manage to burn 2 CDs from Windows Movie Maker but then it stopped again.... so I'm still flummoxed.
