Solved: deleting adobe 8

    hi guys im trying to download adobe 9 but keep getting a error code , i believe its because i still have adobe 8 on my pc, when i try to uninstall adobe 8 a error code 20 comes up how can i delete this from my pc

    I think you are talking about Adobe Reader, not Adobe Flash. ( Adobe has many products, you need to specify which )

    Try going into Safe Mode ( reboot computer, press F8 repeatedly after memory counting screen ) Then try uninstalling it from there.

    The latest version of Adobe Reader is 10.

    Hi I went into safe mode as you said, I clicked on control, then clicked on install/uninstall icon, tried to delete adobe 8 and adobe air and failed , error code 20 kept coming up

    Try using Revo Uninstaller ( free version )

    many thanks it worked a treat :D ive just got to down load Adobe 10 again thank you
