    hi,

does anyone know of a quick way to delete the background of a photograph as I will be replacing it with with a solid color, I have about 150 photos to do. There is the 'background eraser' tool but don't know if it is fast enough. Any help will do.

    thanks

Depends upon the background and the object in the foreground - 'a photograph' doesn't give much info, or make it possible to give a meaningful response.

How about attaching a photo representing the average?

    I agree with lister...

If the photos are not all the same... best put on a pot of coffee and settle in for the long run... ;)

you could try selecting what you want to keep then invert the selection and click delete... but again if they are not all the same.....................

You already posted this in Web Dev and marked it solved. Don't post duplicates.

Well you might as well try. :p

If the background is not very distinct from what you want to keep or there are complex shapes like trees in it that you want to keep, it will take a while.

OK, we'll close this one. :)

On second thought, it was recommended I close the other one, seems like a good idea. :)

Yes, it is my friend but I don't think it's going to help right now.
