i have an old dell optiplex gx 200 it's a pentium 3, 256 ram, and 40gb hard drive, it's actualy usualy my most reliable computer, never been down for more then a day or so but i had it in storage for around a month and i took it out the other day to set it up but now it's not starting up, it gives me a beep sequence of 5-2-2-3 and i was looking around on the web for an explanation of the sequence but all the sites seam to have expired, anyone got any ideas what to fix?

Most dell beep codes seem to be the same on a lot of systems.
Most i can find on 5223 is

5-2-2-3 Levelization failed (either bad timing or continuity card missing)

Ram on a Dell laptop is really tricky and can take a number of tries to get right.
