    Can't watch directv , on-line through Explorer or Firefox, only Chrome. Neither IE or Firefox will completely load and authorize. They show 100% loading , then nothing.

    I believe DirectTV uses Silverlight. Try making sure you have silverlight installed.

    Java and JavaScript are different. The site says JavaScript is required. It doesn't mention Java at all.

    Java can be a security risk so you shouldn't install it if you don't need it.
