    Hi i have W XP service Pack3. What is the latest version for DirectX? I have 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904 )

    Think that's it. You can just google for DirectX and it will take you to the download site.

    That is the latest version for you. To use DX10 or DX11 you need Vista or Windows 7.

    Yep. That's the current version for Windows XP SP3.

    The last update for it was in June 2010.
