    One of my harddrives has failed and Seagate were prepared to issue a RMA. When I try to complete their form on the Web I am unable to complete the process as they say I have to disable a POPUP blocker. I have disabled the Popup blocker in IE but I still get the same message. How do I find and disable any other PB's which are being detected by Seagate?
    I am booting the computer using an old drive.

    You first have to determine what ones you have installed. The main one I run into all the time is the one from YAHOO!! Or from others like that. Take a good look at your Internet Explorer toolbar, put your mouse over the icons and see what one(s) you have running.

    if it has to do with IE you can normally override the blocking sequence by holding down the keys CTRL when you are clicking, that will normally override it , but then again its IE so you never know:)

    Thank you SouthParkXT101, holding down Ctrl worked and I now have an RMA from Seagate.
    I will mark this as solved.
    Seasons Greetings::)
