    Hi People,

I'm having the WORST time starting Firefox in the last several days. Its taken me about 15-20 minutes to just launch it and when it does launch it crashes. In this latest episode I've had to restart Win7 three times just to get FF to open. In the meantime I can launch Explorer easily.

What's going on? Is Microsoft up to its old 'Browser-War' tricks again, like it did with Netscape?

I never use FF however it is installed on my wife's system [win7 enterprise] and it works fine. I would tend to think you have some malware/virus type of problem. You might want to post a hijack log in the malware section and have a security person give it a look.

Start FF in safe mode and disable all of your addons. It sounds like you might have a conflict in there.
