IE 10 is only a preview(ie. beta testing) on Windows 7, if something doesn't work you should report it to both Microsoft and to whoever's software or site doesn't work. If you need IE to work properly you will need to uninstall the Preview Release of IE10 and revert back to the proper IE9.

NovaPDF doesn't list Windows 8 as a compatible OS, Windows 8 uses IE10 by default, so they may be perfectly aware that it doesn't work and may be working on a new version.

Or use any one of the free PDF printer type programs such as CutePDF or PDFCreator. Or use Google Chrome which has built print to PDF functionality.
