Does anyone know how to download and convert a video from an online TV station site, so that you can save it on your computer?

    Thanks :)

I personally use "save2pc pro" to d/l most flv clips from the net but the free version doesn't work with many websites but the pro does. It also gives you a choice of what format you want it converted into. Not sure about the Tv station site you use but works very well with YouTube and the like. I wish I could tell you a free one to use but the free ones are weak and irritating to use and dont convert either after d/l'ing the flv. You might want to look through Firefox addons. Before I got save2pc pro I did use a Firefox add on that worked pretty decent but can't remember the name. BUT I had to get another app to convert it out of flv and for that I used A-One FLV and worked good.

Heard about this from windows weekly- vixy.net and if you would like, you could use realplayer's downloader, just be sure to use firefox 2 if you do go that route as the download tool is not compatible with ff3, dont ask me why, its been out long enough.
