I was trying to download HP software for their printer and it is telling me that I am missing the following registeries:
slbcsp.dll
sccbase.dll
gpkcsp.dll
Enum

Can I download these registeries?

"Downloading" refers to the process of transferring a file from the Internet to your computer. You won't get any error messages during this process.

The files you list are files, not registries. There is only one registry on a computer, and the files it is comprised of are none of the ones listed.

So, let's start from the beginning.

What is the make and model of the printer?
What operating system are you running?
Where are you getting the files to install? CD? Internet? What site?
What exactly are you running or what are the steps you're taking that lead up to the problem?
Are you getting an error message? If so, provide the exact and complete text of the error.

What exactly are you running or what are the steps you're taking that lead up to the problem?
Are you getting an error message? If so, provide the exact and complete text of the error. - When I am installing the printer everything goes well about half way through I get a message that says these files are missing: slbcsp.dll, sccbase.dll, gpkcdp.dll, Enum
