(Solved) download's go to temp directory

    hi everyone...

    well somthing happened and now my downloads are auto going to the temp directory.

    what im wondering is how to change the settings back to the way they where?

    i had this problem once before but i forgot how i fixed it.

    If you are not getting prompted to "Confirm download" so you can direct the download then the switch must be reset.
    First you need to define which file types this problem is with, RE: Mpg, Jpeg, Bmp Etc. and then

    1- Open Windows Explorer and go to Tools\Folder Options\File Types
    2- Scroll down to the file type and highlight it
    3- Click Edit or Advanced, depending on your bersion of windows
    4- Place check the box for "Confirm open after download" then click OK
