I use a flash drive quite frequently to keep all my work with me wherever I go. That being the case I created a shortcut for it on my desktop. I've discovered a problem though, for some reason now when it is connected it comes up as drive 'H:' instead of 'G:' like it was before. It has also been changing between 'H:' and 'D:'. This make it slightly difficult to create a shortcut that works lol Is there a way that I can set it to always come up as the same drive each time I use it? This would make things so much easier...

    Thanks!

After pluggin it in go to disk management and change the drive letter to something lower in the alphabet, like K or L, something that has room on the high side so if something else gets plugged in it doesn't shift the mass storage letter assignment.
I've had a flash MP3 player coming up as T for years now and its always the same because nothing else I plug in gets as far as S (R sometimes) so its never pushed off T.
