So, skip the answers like "restart" or something ridiculous. I'm extremely knowledgeable with computers (highly certified, etc. blah blah blah)

not here to gloat, here to get help! so i got a dual monitor setup and when i have anything placed on the second monitor, dragging any of my windows around lags horribly...

i've seen things like disable desktop composition but that disables windows aero and well, yeah im pretty sure my PC can handle that. any ideas?
