I've been trying to set up dual monitors with my dell monitor and my lcd tv. I've been trying to do it through catalyst control and have been almost successful. It recognizes the tv and when I click clone to tv nothing happens. When I restart it will show the boot screen on both the monitor and the tv, but when windows actually logs on they both lose signal and then only the monitor has picture. The tv then says no signal.

I'm using Windows Xp and have the tv connected by a vga cable that connects to a vga/dvi adapter that connects to my video card.

    Please help me!

I just rebooted in safe mode and the 2nd monitor works then. But when I boot up regular it will work until the windows login screen comes up. Then the 2nd monitor loses signal.
