I have a DVD exercise video that used to play on my PC (Windows XP O/S). Now when I insert the DVD into my DVD drive, I get a popup error message---"Windows Media Player cannot play DVD video. Open Display in Control Panel and then lower your screen resolution and color quality settings.
To view the DVD troubleshooter click more info."

The puzzling part is that this same DVD exercise video plays on my laptop with no problems.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
