This only happens from home pc (I have tried it on my office pc and also a friends pc).

I use Windows XP Pro and Office Outlook 2003 with all the updates.

When I send a email to a certain btopenworld.com address it does reach the recipient.

Any ideas on how to solve this mystery would be very greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

It may have more to do with the recipient's setup than yours. Possibly something in your mail or your ISP is flagged as spam and being removed. Are the ISP's different among these 3 locations?

Ask the recipient to add your address to their email program's address book to see if you can prevent it from being filtered.

I checked and the domain doesn't appear to be blacklisted. Elvandill is probably correct in his assumption that some 3rd party spam software on THEIR end is catching your emails.

Thanks for the great tips. As it turns-out the recipient is running two email clients and that seems to be the root of the problem.

    Thanks.
