Putting your email in a picture is a good way to avoid spam, but I don't understand your question.

If that is the real email address you posted here, you
should alter it - for the very reason you are asking
about another website (robots - spam).

    hi vistarookie
this is the real email adress. how can I alter this. Do you mean the robots can find this adress on this forum ?
Is it ok on my site ?

There is a period of time after posting here that allows editing.
I think your time period expired - you could ask a moderator to
remove the part before the @ symbol. Or enter something like
    [email protected]

Plain text email addresses appearing on a website can be
read by robots. I am not familiar with all the ways to prevent
that but one sure way is a fake or altered address.

The picture on the website is a Mailto: link, so I would think it can be harvested just like a regular Mailto: link.

For your post on this forum, just click the Edit button at the bottom of your post with the address and change or remove it. Then click Save.
