Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'Mail Server', Server: 'mail.sasktel.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10053, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

HELP!!! PLZZZ   (n)

    Welcome!

Can you give some basic details to allow more help to be given?

Has it ever worked, did this suddenly start or ....
This can be caused by settings in your email program, a modem fault or due to your antivirus software (very common).

Some idea of what Windows version, email program, connection method, antivirus program used, history of problem etc would be a good start.

best thing you can do is request a system restore disc set from HP/Compaq. This will include the correct operating system and should come with a COAso that you will have a legal copy of windows. I would stay away from said I.T. Guy in the future if he is installing pirated software on your computer. He has opened you up for federal charges if you get caught using this copy of windows.

Whaddya think, KingCody? Should someone be executed for allowing this to happen?

Gosh, dude - if ya' can't help on the issue, try not to worry too much about a mis-categorization...
