dvk01 moderator told me to post here to resolve the following issue:-

wzcsldrz.exe - entry point not found
procedure entry point apslnitialize could not be located in the dynamic link library wlanapi.dll

is a common problem after updating to SP3

only fix is update drivers for your wireless card

we have run combo fix and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to resolve other issues.
What do i need to do as i do not connect to the internet through my wireless card! i use a netgear dongle?
    Many thanks

Is there a process called WLANMON.exe running or resident on your computer. I found something and I'm not 100% sure it's legit, so I'm trying to verify the problem with you first.

There is probably a leftover registry entry causing this.

Don't know for sure but go here (deleted link) and start reading below "download solution now" button. I'm not quite sure if this is malware or a problem with the card's software. If you don't use it, it wouldn't hurt to disable it in the device manager, if possible.

you need to update the drivers for the netgear dongle

That is why I sent you over here not to delete parts of the operating system

I wanted you to read it and get back to me with some feedback, not download and install software. My bad for not being clear, sorry. You should uninstall that. Like I said, I didn't know exactly what it is. If you in fact have a DLink card then uninstalling it and reinstalling it might help, or getting updated drivers could do the trick. Check with DLink.

Same errors? All I can suggest is to uninstall the drivers in Device Manager. Reboot. then install drivers, if you haven't.

    sorry same error message!

    wlanapi.dll
Procedure entry point apslnitialize could not be located in the dynamic library
wzcsldr2.exe - Entry point not found

You have to uninstall drivers to reinstall new drivers for my dongle! and i also re-booted to get them to work properly!
    No more ideas??

    Try going to start, run.
    Type msconfig and enter.
Click startup tab and tell me if you see an entry for wzcsldrz.exe. If so, post what the path is from the command column. It should be c:/{foldername}/... /wzcsldrz.exe
