Solved: Error message %SYSTEMROOT%\System32 folder

I am trying to load a program on my computer that i had on there before and i keep getting the same message when i put the CD on C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\Autoexec.nit. The System file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications Choose Close to terminate application I am running Windows XP and recently had a major Problem with the computer that Caused me to Format my drive and load everything back in. I'm thinking maybe i forgot to load something. Any ideas anybody
