    could you please tell me why I keep getting a error reporting on my bottom toolbar. what I have been doing is going to task manager and ending the tsk. here is a log. I wrote to you before and you asked me for one and i posted it for you but no one replied

    Do a scan with Housecall and Panda

    Go to add/remove and remove any tool bars that are unfamiliar or you dont need as well .

    ok here is the second log please follow through on this if you can. could you also tell me what wild tangent driver is, web capture and when I go to the add and remove I really dont know what all that stuff is. also did a virus check with my symantec anti

    and the error reporting is still coming on the toolbar does not bother anything I don't think but just shows up and I know it should not be there

    If you see something you are not familiar with in add/remove Go to GOOGLE and do a search for it . You should be able to get enough information that way to decide wether you need it or not .
