    I am wanting to launch Telnet from within Excel to manage my switches. I need to pass the ip address as a parameter to the command. It would look something like telnet x.x.x.x

    Try this:

    Code:
    Sub test()
        Shell "telnet x.x.x.x"
    End Sub
