I have exported this address book before, but now I can't. The words "Export/Import" no longer appear when I open the address book. The only icons on the toolbar are Organize, Views and Burn. At first, I thought it was a setting that needed attention, but I can't figure it out.

Thanks, I've seen that page. The Help says to click on the word Export, but there is no word Export.

That's the same, too. You'll see in the attachment is says to "Click Export in the toolbar." There is no Export on the toolbar.

Well, that isn't what I was looking for, but it's a good work-around. Instead of saving them as a csv file, I'll save them as themselves. Thanks, joeten.

Hi johnpaul

You should also be able to access Import or Export using the File menu within Windows Mail, outside of the Contacts window.

See if this helps bring back the Import and Export option on the Contacts toolbar.
Open the Contacts window, Right click a blank area in the Right pane.
Customize this folder > Customize tab
Click the drop down arrow and select: Contacts
Apply, OK to save and close.

Let us know if that makes a difference or not.

That's exactly what I wanted, EAFiedler, thank you. I knew it was something simple, some configuration I wasn't familiar with. Now this thread is truly Solved!
