Solved: Extreme Skype lag on i5 8GB RAM Laptop please help

    Have tried to disable AV before, no change.

    I use zonealarm firewall, skype is set as a trusted program so all connections are allowed.

    As for my pagefile:
    It used to be set to the recommended size but I changed it to system managed to save a little space.

    Currently using 1GB of ram and I'm not even in a call! Skype = shite!

    Posting some info from processhacker if anyone can help me?
    Ask me for any info/debug procedures and I'll try help

    Just got upgraded to BT Infinity

    Edit:
    Also skype v3.5 seems to fix the lag issue.

    I had problems changing to 3.5, after many days and emails to skype to have my contacts restored I was able to export contacts and import them when i reinstalled 3.5.

    Seems to be running OK but still 4.2 was much more friendlier to use and I'd rather solve the issue than circumvent it, if anyone can help please do.
