When I try to download it, nothing responds. I need Flash Player for some websites. It says "when you see the installation completion movie above and text below, your installation was successful. The installation should only take a minute or two on a 56k modem." Well, I have a comcast connection and nothing responds. I see the symbol in the corner with colors. That means it's trying to pick it up. Well it's not. Any help will be appreciated.

First, check your security settings:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Choose Tools then Internet Options.
- Select the Security tab.
- Choose Internet.
- Ensure that "Download Signed ActiveX controls" and "Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins" are not disabled

Then, try uninstalling the flash player:
See here for uninstalling it: http://www.macromedia.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14157

Then download the full install from here:
IE: http://www.macromedia.com/go/full_flashplayer_win_ie

Netscape: http://www.macromedia.com/go/full_flashplayer_win

Well, it didn't work. I still see the square on the top, the triangle on the bottom, and the circle on the right. I went on this one website and it said I needed to have Flash Player 7 in order for this to work. Is there anything else I can do?

Just download IEFix.zip, unzip it to a folder of your choice. Then run the application.

When it had a little box over it to run the application, it disappeared which means it works right? But when I went on a website it didn't work for some reason. Maybe there isn't something wrong with my IE.

Some cool programs for Flash here.
http://www.unhsolutions.net/

I got the SWF Opener and love it.
I have a batch file to disable flash so I do not have it loading on web sites unless I want it too.
But if I got flash files saved on my PC I can click on them and it will open in SWF Opener and I do not need to use my browser either.
Great program I love.
