    Hi

My daughters laptop is less than a month old and she is experiencing problems particularly when using the internet if it contains graphics adverts etc. When she tries to access these pages the pages keep flashing. Furthermore when she goes on the sims it says it cannot find a graphics card, but the device manager says the only thing which isn't working properly is Microsoft Teredo Tunneling system. Could this be connected or is it that the graphics card is not functioning properly and I should return the laptop?

Apologies if this is in the wrong area but the problem seems to span lots of areas!

    Thank You for looking

    :(

I am concerned that it says that I have to turn off the virus software (I am runnning AVG free) and the box about installing at my own risk.

Do I need to be worried?

That's to cover them......and your Anti-virus may block some functions that needs to access......

    Hi

Thanks for your advice, the problem resolved itself, I guess it was a windows update or something.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you but my laptop is now messing about so I have had trouble getting on to the site.

Anyway thanks again for your help.
