Solved: floppy disk

I wonder if anyone could help me with this I have a floppy disk and its got a file on it but every time I try to delete a message comas up and says 'Cannot delete file: It is being used by another person or program' but no other programs at all are open. could someone please tell me how to delete the file?

Try Unlocker.

Instead of trying to delete the file, have you tried right-clicking the A: drive icon in MY COMPUTER and then clicking Format?

You might already know this, but if you format the floppy you'll lose all the files on there, so if there are files you want to save, copy them to your hard drive before you format.
