Solved: Folders won't delete

    When I try to delete some empty folders, I receive the error: Cannot delete 'folder': It is being used by another person or program. Close any programs that might be using the file and try again.

    Nothings using the file, the directory is empty, even when I restart my computer it is still not deletable!

    Any help? More information?
