Solved: freezing

    hi, i hope someone can help me , for the last month my computer has been freezing on a daily basis and i have to reboot several times a day then its ok for a hour or so then freezes again also i keep getting the message server not found and to check my connection but when i check its fine ,ive cleared out loads of rubbish and checked for virus ect but it is really slow and still freezes any help would be great,i have winxp and firefox:)

    Install speedfan and let it run while the computer is running and keep track of the temps and see hot hot it gets. This is a check for overheating.

    SpeedFan is a freeware program that monitors voltages, fan speeds and temperatures
