I reinstalled windows xp on my Dell PC. I was having problems with speed and none of the pictures were clear on emails or web sites or game sites. The color was off. I reinstalled xp and things look pretty good (my games sites are fine the color fine. Any pictures I have in my folders are great. Then I visited My Family.com which I have had for about 2 years. The picture that I downloaded to the site have always been very clear. Today they were fuzzy..so I then started looking at other sites. The pictures on the web sites are fuzzy also. The colors seem to be good. What could be the problem? I have gone to the display properties and changed the settings from highest 32 bit to 16 bit and there is no difference. I changed it back to 32. I don't know anything else to do. Please help. Thanks mamajojo
