Need some help and Gmail is useless.

I found my mail compromised and so must change the pssword. Easy right? Well, not as easy with Google who thrive on confusion. Other ppls.
    Here are their instructions.

Click the gear icon in the upper right, then select Settings.
If you're on a mobile device, switch to desktop view for the full list of settings.
Open the Accounts and Import tab.

Really? Would anyone know where I find this illusive item because I can't find either in the info they have here.
And I have really looked and looked.

I found the item by logging in to my Gmail account. Clicked on the Gear--->Settings--->Accounts and Import.

Can't you see Accounts and Import?

Right and thank you much. The problem was, when I was signed out of my mail and just went to Help, and after clicking on a link that read change password, there was no instruction to inform me I had to do it from inside my email. So I clicked on settings as told and found nothing. Now I know and feel silly.
    Thanks again.
