Solved: google chrome error 138

    hi all ,
    i have windows 7 home premuim ,
    i just renewed the network ip by the DOS command prompt
    anyways , i use google chrome as my defult browser
    but when i tried to open it i recive this massege "
    Unable to access the network

    "

    this is the error message
    Error 138 (net::ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED): Unable to access the network.
    , so how can i slove the problem ? may just someone help me step by step
    thank you

    It sounds like it's being blocked. What anti-virus are you using? Are you running a firewall and what is it?

    yes it was from the anti-virus , problem fixed thank u
