Solved: having a problem installing or running any programs

    I have a toshiba satellite laptop w a intel core duo 2 processor. it is running windows 7 home premium. And what the problem is that i was using my laptop without any antivirus software and now i have a system tool program popping up saying that my computer is infected and it has 27 viruses. if i try to run a system restore or any program it says it can be opened because a worm in inside of the software. How can i get rid of this so that my computer can go back to running i have an anti-virus program that i can install as soon as it is cleaned out. I just need help getting rid of this program.

    I think I would format HD and make a fresh win7 install...

    Download and install Hijack This from the link in my sign.
    POST THE LOG HERE.
    DO NOT FIX ANYTHING BY YOURSELF

    Ok i was able to install hijackthis onto the laptop but im not able to run it. As soon as i click to run it i get this message. HiJackthis.exe is infected with worm lsas.blaster.keyloger. this worm is trying to send you credit card details using hijackthis.exe to connect to remote host
