Solved: HD removal

    I have two 500GB hd in my old PC and want to remove the one I use as a backup. How can I identify the correct one for removal and leave only the boot HD in the old PC.

    Disconnect one and try to boot Windows. If they are IDE, I think boot drive should be Master (check out labels and jumpers on the drives).
