From where please is it not responding
Has it been pinned to the start menu

See if it will open please from Applications
    desktop
    windows key
type - I know there is no where to type but just type please
    m
as soon as you key m the window will change
you should then see mail in applications - will it open from there please

if not open a cmd prompt with admin rights please
    same procedure
    type
    cmd
    right click the command prompt
on the bottom of the screen - action bar click run as admin
    when the cmd prompt opens
    type
    sfc /scannow
note space please between sfc and the /

does it report no violations or what please
if it reports errors were fixed -
    If all in order type
    exit
key enter the window will close

if errors were fixed REBOOT and re run the sfc
RUN THREE TIMES if errors fixed is reported
    REBOOTING between each run.

Now check please if Mail opens

I am Very Sorry that I have not gotten back to you earlier but I have been away from my computer for a while so I have not been able to report on the progress.

I am pleased to report, I took you advice by sfc /scanning it with cmd and the errors repaired it self I rebooted it seeral time to ensure that it had and it was OK .

Many thank for YOUR Quick Response and again apologise for mine.
