Please click HERE to download and install HijackThis.

Run it and select Do a system scan and save a logfile from the Main Menu.

The log will be saved in Notepad. Copy and paste the log in your next post.

    IMPORTANT: Do not fix anything

Press the Windows key + R to open a Run box.

    Type in msconfig.

    Select the Startup tab.

The following items do not need to autoload with Windows and can be unchecked:

    Reboot the computer.

If no luck with explorer.exe, you might have a malware infestation. You don't have an antivirus! And it seems you are into downloading...

Windows Defender is useless and is not an antivirus.

SUPERAntiSpyware is not an antivirus either. You need real-time protection from an antivirus.

Hi! I found out the problem,

it wasnt from the virus scanner but I think i some how made this cpu file.

this was a couple of days ago..
It was using a music program called UTAU "most people not familiar with vocaloid probably wouldnt know"
where I attempted to make a wav file from it, it somehow got corrupted and ended up as a txt file with 15.5MB.

No matter what i did i wasn't able to delete it,(crashes) couldn't rename or check the property.
Finally after posting a topic about my high rised cpu, I finally decided to go to safe mode to delete this wav.txt file.
After doing so, i restarted and magically my cpu is below 20!

well this is what happened incase someone wanted to know. But thanks for the help anyway!
